The atm ate my money when I deposited gave back 10-15$ less than I had originally put in. BEWARE
I RECENTLY OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH CAPITOL ONE MAYBE TWO DAYS AGO AND THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING FROM THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH IN ABBEVILLE, LA IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE RECEIVED SERVICES FROM THE SAME LADY AMELIA HARB WHICH IS THE WORST. THE FIRST DAY I DIDN'T PAY IT NO MIND AND BRUSHED IT OFF! BUT TODAY I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE IF HER INTENTIONS WERE TO STEER ME AWAY SHE DID JUST THAT. SHE ACT LIKE ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS WAS GOING TO KILL HER! AMELIA HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. MAYBE ITS MY SKIN COLOR OR SHE DON'T LIKE HER JOB EITHER WAY SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN A PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE ALL DAY EVERYDAY. I CAME HERE BECAUSE IT'S CONVENIENT AND RIGHT BY MY JOB. THE SERVICES I'M GETTING FROM HERE I'M WILLING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE WHICH I WILL. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE LOOKING FOR SOME WHERE ELSE TO BANK! SORRY FOR THE GRAMMAR AND PUNCTUATION DEFINITELY TYPING THIS UPSET.
