I am reminded this week exactly why I have State Farm Insurance! Scotty Branch has done a fantastic job helping us through the maze of Insurance technicalities with an amazing Customer Service Attitude! Accident was not my fault and the Representative from the "other Insurance Company," was rude and demeaning to me over the phone yesterday! Completely uncalled for! Scotty stepped in and took over dealing with "her" and I am so gratefull! Thank you State Farm for hiring employees that understand emotional pitfalls and frustration from accidents and go above and beyond to handle these for their customers! We have had State Farm for over 20 years and they always have our back! Thank you Scotty!
