It is unprofessional to refuse to respond to customers, and the Agency took a couple of weeks to respond. They had been rude to me. Even in the conference call, they spoke Chinese on phone during a conversation. I was trying to get a renewal for my car, and the Agency was not in contact with the company. I found out by calling the company, and they said: "agency is not contacted to the company about my policy". Poor Service!

Never sent the proposal after 3 weeks, despite calling so many times, leaving a message with Angel, and talking with the owner Mr. Hu they never sent us the proposal. They told us they would but never did.

Request a few times for a refund check from a cancelled policy in the past three months. Never receive the refund. Poor customer service.

Waited two week for a quote, never received one. Emailed them, they said they would send me soon, but almost two weeks has passed, haven’t heard anything from them. irresponsible agent, bad customer service. No recommend such insurance agency.
