I am a new employee for this bank. When I initially came in for meeting with HR for employment I was very kindly greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. All of the Tellers upon learning that I was an employee still remained polite and offered me lots of help and tips. The CSR helped me set up a bank account as well and she was absolutely amazing. She stayed focused on me and my financial needs for the type of account. She was funny and very helpful, she wasn’t like other CSRs from other banks I’ve attended because at a couple other banks previously they weren’t looking at my needs but their own but we’re still kind. But at security Federal bank they make you feel very welcome.Over all an amazing bank! All I have to say is make your own opinion if you consider me biased! Come in and ask about our new amazing Kasasa bank accounts!!! When you come here you are not pressured into getting an account. Here customer satisfaction is all that’s provided overall!!!

This is the worst bank I have ever done business with they failed to get me the proper paperwork and have ruined my credit this is no way to treat a family with a special needs child shame on you Security Federal I do not recommend doing business with them
