Bank of the west intentionally holds your funds. These crooks have a red tape policy that if you deposit a check on a Friday they will hold it until Tuesday 12:00 AM. They fail to tell you that you can cash your check then deposit the cash without any sort of hold. This allows them to impose overdraft fees and other fees as they see fit. This puts good hard working people in a predicament with a bill they might have set up for autopay that very weekend. They do not care that this happens. They have no policy in place to help common hard working people like you and me. Do not open an account with them. Close your current accounts with them. They do not care about you
