Elias is a great attorney provide great service but the downfall is Rafinha which is the paralegal that is not licensed and she gives the impression as though she is licensed and she give legal advice which she should not and she is also very prying into personal matters and nosy and she Keeps track of where her references come from and she will not work with you if you do not reveal who referred you.She seems to take this job personally and if she should act in a more professional manner and her professionalism is lacking. Highly not recommend because of her.

My business with your firm is not completed yet, but the only negative things that have happened, is that two of the legal aids working on my case left and I got no notification, and I did ask about another course of action and really got no solid answer about whether the case would have been valid, but I did find out later after a filing deadline passed that I could have filed. Still the firm did right by my family when they dealt with you, and outside of the legal aids (just not being updated about the switch), I am just taking a neutral stance and will give a better rating later.

Horrible experience. My Mother and I just came for an update on her case since her paralegal unexpectedly Left. Elias was the one that took over her case after. We simply came in for an update of what was going on and Elias came in very aggressive. We were simply asking what was going on with the case and he kept speaking to us in a demeaning way and as if we were in the wrong for asking for updates on the case. For him being the head of the law firm he is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

Never had a need to use them or any other attorney. My response is to your negative advertisement towards professional truck drivers. Having a CDL is the equivalent of any other licensed blue collar construction worker. Example: Licensed plumber, electrician, carpenter, welder etc.. A Commercial Drivers License is a “License” showing you have had extensive Defensive Driving classes and training in order to operate a vehicle weighing 80,000 lbs on the public roadway.I have had a CDL for over 30 years and have never had a single accident while driving a commercial vehicle. I have known and worked with litterally hundreds of other drivers and I must say as a whole, professional truck drivers are by far the safest drivers on the road.It is not professional for your company to be “chasing ambulances” in order to try to get another client because they probably cut off a truck or were texting or who knows what else while they were driving.Anyway, I assume this will never get posted but just needed to voice my opinion as someone that takes a lot of pride in my profession and will always defend it when feeling like we are being attacked without merit.Thanks.
