It is impossible to call this branch directly. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes with their national client services center because nobody at the Alpharetta branch will pick up the phone. I was calling to get info for setting up a new Roth account for my daughter but will now be getting information on closing all of my wife and I’s accounts and moving to Fidelity. This is ridiculous.
Really awful service. Can’t trust these people. If you have a problem they will ignore you and make up excuse after excuse to not help. Avoid TDAmeritrade
