Good atention and helpfull staff

So I called them on the phone,And I got a preapproval/approved for a loan then all the sudden I go to sign my paperwork and the loan officer Susan failed to tell me that I had to pay my taxes/title up front so I had to wait,Then I called her Monday 18th November, and she said she would work with me on the taxes/tittle fees, then Friday November 22nd I talked to her boss and other coworkers and they said there is no way they could do that,So today I called in to talk to Susan, they said that they pulled my loan due to no verification of income and low credit, Because they took it up to the committee when in fact I was already approved gave the lady all the information and then they just pull my loan like that how is that possible??? Worst place to get a loan through it’s nice to know that’s how they treat their fellow veterans.

Not happy with service received

Please DO NOT DO LOANS WITH THIS COMPANY! I paid my vehicle off ahead of time over two months ago and they continue to draft money from my account. Each time I call, I get terrible attitudes, hung up on, and treated like an idiot. They added a false charge to the end of my loan after I paid the vehicle off. No one there seems to have the knowledge to fix anything. Jamie is rude, Caroline treats you like you are wasting her time even though they have taken thousands of dollars that I don’t owe. Then they got mad when I filed a stop payment/fraud activity on my Wells Fargo account that they keep stealing from. I paid off my loan ahead of schedule, in full. All I want is to be done with this company, but they just keep stealing. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

The loan was fast but they tact on their insurance to all of the vehicles already fully insured and refused to acknowledge all attempts faxes and personal delivery of proof as well as notification from the insurance companies. This has been an ongoing struggle for months.

The loan officer there helped me in just an hour. I was really surprised when she took care of my loan in that short amount of time. Really happy with the service I received and will do more business in the future! Keep it up!!

They wouldn’t loan me the money on a truck because it had a flatbed. If it had a regular truck bed they would have. I don’t understand how a flatbed keeps a bank from loaning money? Extremely irritated...

The tellers are ridiculously slow. They always sit there gossiping and pretending to do stuff so that they don’t have to help customers. The drive through is pathetic. Every time I go it’s a minimum of 20-25 waiting. If I had the choice I’d much rather bank at ACFCU.
