The entire staff has been excellent to work with. Dustin Hatch has gone above and beyond twice in the past six months. I will continue to work with Mountain America Credit Union as we have for the past 20+ years.

When I go into the branch they have always been very prompt and friendly. They have taken there time to explain to me the issues I have had with my mobile app and shown me several time show to do different functions that I was not able to do on my own

I love going to the credit union! That might sound funny, but I know I will always find happy, helpful people inside the branch. My day is always better after interacting with my friends there.

The facility is a 10! The staff was friendly and present. I went in for a new debit card and was out of there in 10 minutes.This CU overall is wonderful. We have had savings, mortgage, car loan, credit card, and never had a complaint. They are good local and in HQ. Thanks for a good regional CU.

There is only one lady that does home loans in all of southeast Idaho and trying to get ahold of her is impossible and she works from home) never get a phone call back or answered! Pulled my credit for nothing

THE BEST AROUND! The people here are great to work with! Loan process is easy! Mobile app is easy to use! Paying bills is simple! No waiting to get new cards, they print them there in about 2 minutes!No ridiculous fees like other places! MOUNTAIN AMERICA IS THE BEST! Keep up the good work!

Best banking experience ever! Always fast and courteous. I’ve actually left banks due to poor customer service. Highly recommend.

I went in to open up a savings account and the person who set it up was really nice. Every time I go in there, the service is really fast, i have never had to wait for more than five minutes and am always greeted with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Went thru the atm and it wouldnt deposit my cash, also the slowest atm in the area, so i went thru the drive thru teller, just to sit here for 20 minutes, already sent my cash so cant just go inside, no one answers. Really frustrating, i will probably be switching banks.

Waited 15 mins at the drive in teller, they never answered even after I sent a payment through the tube. Had to go inside. Not a very thoughtful place.....customers are not important here. Try another branch or even a different bank/credit union.
