Dreadful. I went in with plenty of time (3 months) to change over my homeowners and waited. I got a quote, said to go ahead and then waited for paperwork and some kind of customary communication. I got nothing. Come to find out nothing was done and it was now the eleventh hour, I had to have a policy in place as the previous was expiring. It was forgotten, lost, whatever. OK, so a policy was written and I was charged...and promptly dropped less than 30 days in. When I contacted the office to find out what was going on I was treated in the most condescending way as if I was an ignorant child inconveniencing the annoyed receptionist. She then assured me the problem would be fixed. I expressed my anxiety due to the timing and was assured it would be fixed, then I waited and.....nothing. Nothing at all. My treatment was unacceptable. These people show no care for customer service and put the claims in the Farmer's Insurance TV ads to lies.
