So there I was, just like every other tax season, confused and lost while attempting to do my own taxes. That’s when a very close friend of mine recommended I stop in here and see what they could do for me. Upon walking in I felt worried that they would think I am some weirdo yet I was greeted by super personable and professional staff/CPAs that walked be through it and even helped me set up an amazing financial plan that has set me up for the future!I recommend them to all of my friends and will always come back here!

You know that feeling when you find a $20 bill on the ground? That’s what it’s like to work with Laughlin, Ogle, and Rogers, except they make it appear in your pocket without you putting in any effort. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient at their jobs.

Worst experience with a CPA I have every had! Do NOT trust them with your business or personal filings or affairs. Unprofessional, late getting anything done, and unresponsive when I politely asked what the status of things was multiple times over a year and half... I assume I was one of their smaller Billings but they should never have committed to the work if they didn’t want to do it. They should have politely and with tact, refuted the work and referred me elsewhere. They have wasted my time and money. Furthermore, John Rogers was rude and unable to accept fault when I brought up his shortcomings. I should have fired him then, instead I gave a second chance and he completely wasted my time again. I asked repeatedly what, if anything, I could do to help. They just didn’t do the work. They were aware of the work needing time be done and they simply let it sit for over a year and half. That’s insane. I will likely have late fees because of their lack of action. I have never written a poor review in my life, I’m not the stuck up “review type” (you know the type) But I really feel that I have been wronged. I don’t want anyone else to go through that.

Strong work and high expectations resulted in some Pretty dang good results.
