Had an appointment for this past Saturday. When I got to the door a man asked what I needed told him who I was to see. He says she is not in today. I have a confirmation number mind you. He then rudly asks what I need. I tell him and her sends me thru the drive-thru where I waited 45 MINUTES!!!!I WAS EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT HE COULD HAVE BEEN COURTIOUS AND HELPED ME AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON MY WAY IN 5 MINUTES. The line at this bank is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
They opened my account then accepted my direct deposit and kept my money. Their customer service department is terrible. Overall this is potentially the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I spoke with the branch manager and there was zero empathy. I was told to go to an online bank. All this was done over an identity theft issue were accounts were opened against my knowledge so they froze my account and kept my money from me for 5 days. It’s deplorable. What a terrible bank and a terrible group of people. They obviously don’t care about people whatsoever let alone their customers. What a terrible excuse for a financial institution. They should be discredited and no longer able to operate

Stay away from this bank, they promised you everything from the beginning, but will not honor anything after you sign the paper. Will not return your calls, will not return your emails, they will hide in their little office for hours hoping you will leave and not help you
Excellent Bank they are pros especially krystal and Heather there like family they help you make the right decision about your banking
