Ive never experienced anything but friendly, competent service at BB&T, and especially this branch.

Will absolutely not be going back to this branch. I came to only make a deposit, the guy never said hello just questioned me if I was on the account. Then never said goodbye or have a nice day. He never offered a smile or anything. He was rude & very unfriendly!

I needed to get a paycheck reissued, but needed proof from the bank that they couldn’t honor it before my company would send me a new one. After a visit to this branch and talking to Travis, I was told they would take care of it. I talked to payroll at my company and they said they never heard from my bank or got any documents they needed. I called and left a message almost everyday for a week and was ignored by Travis. I finally went to another branch and the issue was fixed within one day. Very lazy and unhelpful.
