Very good customer service. Explained everything that was happening to my daughter as she was doing her tax return and why. It was her first return. Basically gave her a lesson in how and why we file taxes. She was really great! Because of her patients and knowledge I will always come back here.

Shannon was extremely courteous and professional, answered every question and double checked everything even giving us mailing instructions and stamps! I was in awe at the level of customer service provided and how she remembered my family from several years ago! Wonderful job Shannon!

We went into there walmart location in angola indiana and got serviced by julie carr. she was extremely rude and was not very helpful. at first she wanted to talk about her daughter and show us pictures of her, while not helping me file out the paper work ((this is my first year filling)). then her next comment was about why i didn’t have my driver’s license. i kindly stated that’s none of your business. she’s extremely rude and not helpful.

Called to be prepared . Didnt get all info needed had to wait and then find out didnt get right info . Then had to leave and wait some more apon returning. There is only one person . About 2 hrs wasted today .
