My wife and I were out of state on business when the closing on our home in Colorado was to take place. We desperately searched around Annapolis for someone to notarize our documents so we could overnight them back to Colorado. We ran into exorbitant fees and a lack of availability. A friend recommended Bank of America, and since we are Bank of America customers, we contacted Kim at this branch and she invited us to come right over. Our hectic search turned into a fantastic experience. Kim was knowledgeable, friendly, generous, and super patient. When we were done, Kim even walked us out the door to point the way to the overnight package drop off box.
