I would like to thank the whole staff at cf insurance for all the help they have provided to our company with our general liabitity, workers comp., health insurance. They are always to helpful and willing to go over and beyond to make things right for our company.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Attitude, lack of identification, defensiveness, lost call during transfer (3 times!), argumentative, ended the difficult call by saying, "Have a nice day" which was totally inappropriate.

Worked with Jon and Staff for well over 15yrs. They are what customer service is all about. A++ No one does it better in C.FL.
