Agents seems to sign you up and throw away the key they never have any answers to your policy questions if they pick up the phone they never return calls unless to find you insurance. I’ve been referred to ask the provider questions then the providers states this should have been answered by the agent. They have had my insurance cancel on me several times do to lack of communication and lack of information on a timely basis. From this point I will just use google as my agent they care more about you then these people.
