Overall very good. Online banking was a challenge. But the people at this branch were great.

Why in the world anyone would do business with a greedy corporate financial institution like Associated Bank is beyond me. When I found out my wife (a 14-year customer) had been paying $11 per month for each of her 2 checking accounts for the last 2 years, we met with a banker and were told that despite the large amount of check deposits each month they were instructed by corporate to make no exceptions and could not refund even a portion of the $300+ dollars they literally stole from her. We closed the accounts and went to Community First Credit Union where it was literally night and day difference in customer service and atmosphere, there are no fees, and the checks were half the cost.

Closed accounts here after continued difficulties with them resolving issues they created costing ME money.
