This review concerns Chase as an institution, and not this specific branch. The people at this branch are quite helpful, but are working in a bureaucratic structure that really took me by surprise. I would caution anyone about using this institution, especially their linked You Trade accounts. In short, I opened a You Trade account with funds from another Chase account. Chase decided the new account was fraudulent and refused to make a good faith effort to investigate the issue further. I ended up having to go to court and spend $10K in legal fees to get the assets returned. During the process, I was told that Chase is well known for this sort of behavior. Be forewarned
