They charged $1000 to charge my step daughters taxes. Stephanie told her she would be get 5200 back but after she printed out the paperwork it showed she was actually getting 6700.When we asked she lied and said the paper work was wrong then we spoke with the manager and she said it was normal to be charged that amount. In all my years of filing I have never even came close to paying that amount. They were unable to give a break down of the charges and filed the paperwork and was like theres nothing that can be done. We will be contacting the IRS and the BBB about this!!!
