Loan Department is top notch and always goes above and beyond for me.

Just closed an account I had for many years. Nothing about EFCU is much different than anyCU or bank. I was hoping for better customer service when I opened the account. Instead I got the usual impersonal numbers game.

This is a great small credit union!

Poorly ran by very disrespectful people. Don’t trust them with your money.
