Me and my wife had talk to a young lady over the phone inquiring about their services and wanting them to do taxes for a small business instead the lady over the phone was not helpful even a little bit she was very rude and least of all refused her services to us stating that they were no longer taking clients due to COVID-19 but they are still answering the phoneAnd taking appointments we were really taken back by all this
