Not sure where the negative feedback comes from. This is an excellent bank and the people are all very polite and helpful.

That bank doesn’t deserved a star at all but negative 10 at its most.. when I went there months ago to change my bank account, the ladies don’t want to do their job getting ppl happy with their banking needs.. one lady told me to come back tomorrow really.. Those ladies don’t do nothing but sit on their fat butts in front of the computer all day long.. I won’t be doing business there unless their cs changes..

The lady that opened my account was super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I enjoyed opening my new account. Thank you for having good friendly service.

Went in to make small withdrawal and was denied access to my account and teller was very rude. After all the years with this financial institution this was one of my worst interactions I have ever experienced
