Terrible customer service. Bankers lack knowledge on how to help a customer
The WORST banking company I’ve been with. They only care about charging you fees for company benefit. The staff is uninformed about policies. There’s always hidden fees that you’re not told about and the customer service line is rude and not helpful at all. Not to mention, I got calls all the time from the banker about applying for a secured credit card... ANNOYING.Don’t comment one of your generic “please call us to resolve this issue” comments either because I called many times to resolve my issue and no one cared in the slightest. Can’t wait for my pending charges to clear so I can CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!! Genisys is way better.

Waited over 10 minutes in drivethru lady drove up next to me and waited less than a minute make sure you allow extra time
