The assistant branch manager Mel, made the process of obtaining a loan super easy and convenient. We were able to do everything over the phone, and she was very responsive and professional in getting us what we needed. Would recommend.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude and clicky and always seems to be bothered. My account was closed and I went to a different place where they actually want to do their job.

Have been banking with them over ten years. Had a accidental overdraft that they fixed up for me. Low interest rates on credit. Customer serivice is always great when I come in!

Had an issue where they said I had overdraft. Which was a mistake on there part. The teller was very rude, extremely unhelpful. Ask for a manager. He was nice and tried make up for the teller rude behavior. Teller was nvr address of her rude behavior and continued to be rude, kept messing up my account with repeated visits. When I would go to another teller, she made things difficult with the other tellers. So I closed my account and went to another bank. Will nvr deal with Profed again.
