Mike who did our taxes was very helpful and offered a lot of good information. He was very upfront and honest and we didn’t feel pressured into anything. The woman who answers the phone on the other hand completely lacks professionalism and good office phone etiquette. She’s was very rude when we inquired about picking up our completed taxes.

Very efficient and polite staff. Competitive pricing for tax preparation (at least for our needs).Been there two years in a row, and will be a third shortly.I would recommend BMW to people.
