Been with Brennan Insurance (previous agency located here) for about 25 years. Whatever has happened with the switch to Hub has been negative. Collecting money seems to be their new business without much customer service. Switched multiple auto and motorcycle policies to Geico and looking to switch homeowners and landlord insurance due to better customer service at Geico. I’d rather keep my money local but not like this :(
