Why is there an armed guard directing traffic in the drive thru? The "gentleman" who "assisted" us today was very hostile and condescending. Additionally, he directed us to the wrong line. In light of recent events, it seems insensitive of BMO to have an armed and hostile person doing the same job that an unarmed person could do. As a longtime customer, I find it unacceptable to be insulted and intimidated for merely waiting my turn to be served.
They block off the drive thru, 30 minutes before close the parking lot was full of cars not knowing what was going on
