I called upright law back in February 2020, without reading any reviews. Paid them $1360 , was told I have as long as I want to completely file 7 or chapter 13. I was waiting on a decision from my mortgage holder. I received a call today saying I cancelled my account and was to receive $310 back . This company is a huge scam . Please do not hire this company. Not professional nor do they call back. Do not give them $300 dollars an hour to talk on the phone. Up right law is a huge scam!!!!I repeat huge scam.
