Good leadership, good trainers, ok teams. As with many call centers there is room for improvement but thinks are headed in the right direction. Update: Big changes coming to this location of the company... I expect many great things to come! By year end most leadership will have changed so there is little reason to give credit to other mentions of past supervisors such has Lance who has been gone for some time now.

Terrible workplace fake reviews absolutely disorganized and high turnover rate. Most of these people who write positive reviews probably haven’t even been with the company more then a year. Avoid this place please and if Lance is still working there pour hot coffee on him for me please!!!!
