BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH GO MORTGAGE PROS.Mindy and Gray completely dropped the ball getting me vital documents to sign the week of my closing. Instead of giving me a check list of everything they needed, they would email me in a panic "Urgent - We Need This Today" and then send another "Urgent" request the very next day. Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Their lack of organization caused my closing to be pushed back 3 days leaving me homeless with all my stuff packed into a moving van and me sleeping on a couch at my work.I asked Mindy to take care of my hotel expenses and extra days of the truck rental, but She & Gray made excuses and FLAT OUT LIED about the communication / timeline (even though the email thread showed they were at fault).What ever you do, no matter how desperate you are - DO NOT TRUST this company with your home mortgage or other lending!!!
