Complete lack of professionalism with regards to properly filing taxes correctly and on time for my 2 small businesses. Waiting a couple of weeks at a time for a response is no way to treat your customers. Started receiving letters from the IRS requesting penalty payments to be made. I consulted with another CPA, and he was even in shock at the work or lack thereof, being done. Be advised, stay far away from the accountant.
