Convenient location and the tellers are always nice. But the manager Ulysses is rude. The one star is solely based on the manager.
This location is terrible. Everything about SunTrust is super complicated. From using the business application (headache!). Made it CLEAR to the banker that I would NOT be using this account for a while untill we began payroll for my company. I made it clear that I wanted a WORRY-FREE account, with no fees and completely PAPERLESS. I maybe used my debit card a total of two times to withdraw cash. Not only was I signed up for an account WITH a maintenance fee but PAPER statements as well that were NOT being sent to my business address. I was told in May that ALL of these fees would be refunded & only $32 were refunded. The “manager” Ulises Montana had an attitude from the sixty second mark of our conversation. I would NEVER deposit a check for $80k into a bank that can’t even handle $1500. I did nothing wrong! From them using my personal address as my mailing instead of my business address (I don’t get mail sent to my house, ONLY my P.O Box) Then he tried to say “you never looked at the account this whole time”. No! For what? I NEVER USED THE ACCOUNT FOR ANYTHING & I made that CLEAR. I should have opened the account with any of my current banks - Chase or Citi as I have never had these issues with the “big banks”. There’s is no benefit to this bank being small if no one knows what they’re doing & if they are wrong they refuse to correct it.
Extremely excellent customer service my husband and I received today from Personal Banker Ralph Carchi more than 5 ️
