Walking in there are 3 people working. Not one employee greeted me and acknowledged i was there. There was only 1 person in front of me in line. After 5 minutes they helped the customer infront of me, there is NO AC in the waiting area. How do you expect us to breath with a mask on in 80 degree temperatures!?!? The employees admitted the AC was off after I informed them it was really hot inside. Why would you not be running your AC when it is 100+ degrees outside!?! Are you trying to stroke out your customers? Because it’s working! Then the attendant helping me couldnt even count the money i gave her for a money order and neither could the other lady who tried to help. When did simple math become so hard? This is a CASH CHECKING store no? Maybe I went to the wrong place.

Went to cash a personal check they asked for my social security number 3 refrences and where i work just to cash it i told them no and left went somewhere else and cashed with no problems
