This office is very unprofessional especially Lisa. She does not respond to any phone calls and is never “available”. Called several times but no response. She will only respond in a text message rudely. You cannot ask one question without her getting defensive. When asked to double check a tax return, she got extremely offended. Very poor customer service and definitely will not be returning. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Unacceptable.
