I have left two voicemails for six weeks and no return call. I have clearly called during business hours as well and nothing. This is my first time using them and my tax return should of been in already as was told to me in person it would be. Someone needs to call me and inform me of what’s going on!

VITA is a non profit organization powered by the united way to help all taxpayers file their taxt returns. Will fill out the paper work for you. All you need to do is to bring all the documents needed, otherwise you will need to reschedule. And please, do not bring kids.
