I opened a business banking account here with a $200 promotion dependent on meeting certain obligations. All of my obligations were met, but no $200 promotional deposit was received. Chase support said the banker who opened the account at the branch did not enter the promo code, even though it was provided. No calls have been returned from the branch. Seems like a bait-and-switch tactic.
