The best place I ever lived. Sad i had to move. Miss Maria the property manager is awesome and works with you. Never had any maintenance issue, maybe like 2 issues and i had been living there for 2yrs. Maintenance was awesome, apartment is super spacious, might be the biggest apartment ive lived in, trash pickup at your door and area is super quiet. What more could you ask for.

Pickwick is the best place to want to live. You’re in the middle of everything close to the highway, you’ll get the privilege to live near a shopping center and two amazing schools. The apartments are really well kept, maintenance is good here. Very polite and gets the job completed. We’ve lived here for more than six years....the time speaks for itself. It’s a good community.

I currently live at pick wick apartments and they are awesome! They offer very reasonable prices for the amount of space and even cover water. The neighborhood is very family friendly and safe. Any requests they respond promptly. For someone who is looking for the marble counter tops, hardwood floors and jetted tubs, this is not the place. Our place also has the washer and dryer in unit which was a def need. Even though it is a little far from my job we will be resigning our lease with them :)
