Always very nice and Friendly!

**This review is based off of 3 separate visits in 2 weeks. Besides welcoming me when I enter the door and asking how I am, I’m invisible. The women will sit there and have a conversation with each other while processing my transaction. Definitely not professional and it makes me feel like I’m just a number. I KNOW it is not 5/3s way. Instead of driving 5 minutes down the road, I’ll drive all the way to Wadsworth where I always feel welcomed and get their undivided attention as customers should.

They have went above and beyond for me. I drive the extra miles just to go get their kind of service.

I have NEVER walked into this branch without feeling welcome, like i am visting an old friend. I get noticed immediately and if the tellers are busy they still acknowledge your presence . (And sometimes it is by name!)

Love them. They are attentive and caring at the same time. They are professional and yet still compassionate. K"
