Do not go here!Dishonest people. 8 hours + later with errors on my taxes and completely overcharged.I’m amazed by how dishonest and crooked they were. My naivety should be a lesson to you. DO NOT go here, please! BBB is looking into their dishonesty. It wasn’t just me, others While I was in there had to get an amendment too because of their mistakes! I should have walked out but because I did not want to be rude, I stayed. Lesson learned.Also, when I went back, I found a random person’s social security number written on a paper out in the open face up on the desk.Completely irresponsible people.

We have used Jackson Hewitt for 3 years now each time they charge us $500 to do our taxes wich is more then any tax preparer out there. The last 2 tax years we have had to send other forms in after already filing our taxes and them being recieved. If we are paying JH $500 I expect them to do it right. Very disappointing.
