This has been my bank for years. Every teller is great. Easy access to ATMs and drive ups.

Just close all your branches and use robots please..so the lack of warmth from customer service is easier to deal with. Customer service is a joke especially after hearing about a federal policy only THEY seem to be following.

Terrible customer service. No concern for the customers needs whatsoever.No management in place. All of the employees just do what they want with no one to answer to. I would stay away.

I encountered the most rude banker this evening. She had an attitude when she approached me. I will make a point to avoid this branch in the future. Horrible customer service.
