Worse customer service by far..they make their own rules and then blame it on policy changes..when you call Corporate, corporate can and has verified that no policies were ever changed in that instance. Good bank, but this branch needs to hire a new staff!

If I could give less than no stars I would but the site makes it mandatory to choose something. I have experienced fraud on several occasions using this bank. They take forever to give you what they want to give you back and keep the rest. My balances change by, thus far, up to 1000.00 ever couple of days without touching my account. They owe me soooo much money. This fraud has to be initiated at the corporate level where cards are being issued. There is no other way to have my card number used for hundreds of dollars in purchases without ever leaving my wallet. I have given up on banking with this institution. Please put your money elsewhere, for your own good!

Always a friendly atsmophere always attentative and upbeat not a bank with elevator music and robot tellers thank goodness :)
