Originally used the Deer Park location, but received a phone call early in January informing me of the new Baytown location, which was closer to home for me. We were kindly greeted by the woman at the front desk, and offered coffee/water/snacks while we waited for our appointment. Our appointment started on schedule, and Ruby was very thorough with our documents and explaining the changes in the tax laws from 2017 to 2018. Highly recommend!!

I have been using these people for years, specifically Ruby. They are absolutely fabulous. They are personable and have gotten me the most back I’ve ever had. They know they’re s***. I’ve even referred them multiple people who saved having to pay last year. You want your taxes done right. Go to these people. Genius. Previous reviewer. Shame on you for leaving one star not even based on their actual business. Any new opening business leaves flyers. Throw them away if not interested but trust your making a huge mistake.
