I have the worst experience with this company. I received a quote on October 1st from this company. I made them aware of my driving record and asked multiple times if they had everything correct so nothing like what has happened happen. I was pressured to hurry up and provide my payment method and make a payment after I told the agent I would call back after I received more quotes from other companies. I started my car insurance policy on 10/6/18 with this company. Then days after I received a letter saying it is cancelled effective 12/6/18 . No agent bothered to call me so we could figure out a different option besides canceling. I’ve called at least 4 times to speak to someone and I’m told I can only speak to my agent and then no one returns my calls. Now 12 days later I receive a letter from the DMV saying my license or registration is suspended because of a lapse in car insurance coverage. This lack of consideration and lack of doing your job is scary. Now I may have to pay $100s extra because someone has not done their job correctly.
