The best and most trusted, Cecil and Sarah are great to work with. Willing to listen and will do ask you ask, but if there is a possible change (in your favor) they will let you know. They make sure I have all the information before I make a decision. They have done such a great job, I usually just trust their judgement and ask them what is the best decision for me. But they NEVER do anything without talking to me personally. Text and emails are not sufficient for them. They have to hear it from me. My parents had all their portfolios with Cecil and my daughter will have hers with him, when the time comes for her to invest in her future.
