At first yes very smooth and they were helpful getting us different scenarios. After that helpful stopped we could have been in our house sooner if it wasn’t for them letting critical documents expire, now we have closed they sold our mortgage within 2 months.The worst part is when I received a tax bill from the town called in saying why was this not paid after closing don’t worry it’s just timing (2 months ago). I was ok with that but still nervous.Fast forward to today and town of Merrimack sends a new bill stating it’s now late with penalties. Called prime again oh so sorry you have to take that up with the new service provider. They have escrow to pay it and they have not before the purchase or after. A lot of time it’s not only the experience before but after that is critical.Be careful who you choose and don’t always go with who the builder suggests.
