My tax preparer Shelly Rosales is the nicest most helpful person I ever came across and won't go anywhere else.

Do not let the new guy do your tax returns. I had to correct him as he went. He seemed lost and kept back tracking. I was OK with that because I already filled out my taxes the previous night. Only went inside and had them do the taxes to get the refund advance loan. Told him I wanted the refund paid direct deposit, wanted the $330 in fees paid out of the refund, and the fee for it to come out of my refund I wanted to just pay right there with my credit card. He charged the whole $330 to my credit card and made it so that my whole refund would go to the Emerald card instead of my bank account. Plus I was denied the advance because of a single $428 medical bill that is derogatory on my credit. They said there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the money... Do it online at home or at the very least demand a veteran employee do your taxes.

The person that took my call was confused that they had a call catcher, and was rude to me on the phone. There are plenty of H&R Block locations that are with in five miles of them. I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck to the staff at this location, it only takes one rude person to lose a customer for life.
