I have been banking here for 3 years and unfortunately amidst this COVID pandemic I was charged $75 in overdraft fees.The manager failed to assist me and was extremely rude even going as far as to criticize and judge the purchases I made that caused the overdraft. She also made it a point to comment that I “shouldn’t spend money I don’t have.”, as if I had I had made the error intentionally.Eventually she decided to refund me ONE of the three charges.In the end, my 3 years of loyalty banking with them was worth just 25 bucks.Unless somebody reaches out and intends to remedy this, I’ll be going somewhere with good customer service.
The service is pretty good but there was a one service representative that came off kind of short and little disrespectful
The Caryle Ave office is full of friendly, professional people. I would never change banks because of the outstanding personal service they provide.
They are supposed to close at 5 and I rushed after work for them to lock the door 5 minutes early as I pulled in.
Always friendly and helpful.
