Sorely disappointed in this company. My husband and I shelled out a lot of money (500 dollars) to have this CPA file our 2017 taxes. It was our first time filing jointly. We ended up owing. When we submitted our payments, we were VERY poorly (not) advised on how to do so correctly. We ended up with a total mess and headache as the payments weren’t both attached to my husbands social - which this accountant never advised us on. We ended up getting a late fee and interest charge and a very scary letter from the IRS. When we contacted this guy and pleaded for help he said he wouldn’t help us unless we paid him another 250 dollars to call the IRS on our behalf. We couldn’t believe it! Luckily we were able to sort it out in the end on our own. NEVER AGAIN. WE PAID FOR A SERVICE AND SUPPORT AND GOT NOTHING.
