The team at Voya helped us with diversifying out of company stock and the performance and communication has been awesome. Whenever we have questions they are quick to respond.

Helped fix my tax nightmare.

It took 7 months for me to receive my funds after putting in the initial request - after I was told it would take a few weeks. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between my representative and myself. What I thought would be stress free turned into a nightmare.

DO NOT trust this institution with your funds. They will do anything they can to manipulate you from receiving your money. My father was the beneficiary on a death/survivorship account and every time he tried to receive his fund he was told something different and was treated as if he was the problem. It took over 3months to receive his funds. Voya staff would say different things and contradict each other and each person said it was the other staff who gave incorrect information. There where 2 incidents where their staff said the funds had been sent and should arrive within 7-10 days, of course that never happened. It’s Voya who needs to be held accountable to payout on accounts and to consistently train their staff so correct information is given every time. Voya makes money off of keeping your money and they’ll do everything to keep your money for getting to you.
